As senior director of worldwide field marketing at Scality, Nathalie Perchard delivers marketing programs that make it easy for partners to grow their storage business with Scality by empowering them with the resources they need to win in today’s hyper-competitive environment. Working across a vast expanse of time zones, in concert with channel sales, Perchard works with Scality channel teams to make sure every channel player — large and small, in the US and elsewhere — gets what it needs to generate leads, convey the value of Scality’s solutions, and win deals. She works tirelessly with teams across the globe to deliver strong partner engagement and is one of the reasons why Scality grew US partner-led business by 28% YoY in 2022 — with a pathway to achieve even more in 2024.
Because partner certification is key to everyone’s success, in 2022 Nathalie and her team launched a series of Scality Certified Architect (SCA) training in the US, modeled after similar initiatives in EMEA and APAC that Scality has run for the past two years. The US SCA sessions were so well received that Scality has extended the US program through fall 2023. Perchard and her team also launched the Scality Partner Portal, which has been instrumental in sharing information, training dates and events, and helps to assure deal registration and deal protection for the VAR community.
