The platform enabled two-day capacity expansions without the need for additional hardware, thanks to RING's flexibility and ODP's efficient use of infrastructure. Seamless integration with Veeam simplified tenant onboarding, allowing for rapid service activation with minimal friction.

By provisioning and testing RING on existing x86 hardware already used for internal workloads, the team achieved rapid, cost-efficient deployment with minimal capital expenditure. This streamlined approach not only accelerated onboarding but also freed up internal resources, allowing the infrastructure team to focus on packaging and delivering new services to customers without delay.

Following deployment, ODP rapidly scaled its backup-as-a-service platform to support both new and existing customers with enhanced security, high-performance data recovery, and rigorous security and sovereignty standards under ISO frameworks.

Although AI workloads are still in early stages across the region, ODP is proactively building the infrastructure to support them.
