IDC helped us do just that by interviewing customers to develop a new white paper that proves the value of the HPE/Scality RING storage solution. The paper, titled The Business Value of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Scalable Object Storage with Scality RING for Data-Intensive Applications and Services, proves huge, real-world economic advantages for customers using Scality RING Software-Defined Storage on HPE servers.
For this paper, IDC interviewed IT professionals at organizations that have moved key workloads to Scality RING on HPE servers and found that these organizations have leveraged the Scality/HPE storage solution to build and grow their storage cost-effectively to meet demand from data-intensive workloads. IDC’s analysis quantified the value that the customers achieved as a result of their move to Scality on HPE servers at an average of $898,970 per PB per year ($5.48 million per organization) over three years. That’s huge.
