Syncing Data
Sync-n-Share creates a secure local file storage area on the user’s hard drive, referred to as the vault. Automatic cloud backup of the files in this vault synchronizes the files on a user’s personal and business computers with their cloud storage account. It can even be set up to sync the files of a whole team.
Sharing Data
With Scality Sync-n-Share, a team can work together to review and edit documents in the cloud. Users can invite a member to join their vault and control levels of file accessibility. Data is always up-to-date and available to team members, whether they are online or offline. Scality Sync-n-Share automatically synchronizes and updates files on the cloud servers and across the local drives of the team. Team members can even email files directly to a vault.
Sending Data
Whether the user wants to share data with an internal team or an external client, Scality Sync-n-Share provides an easy and secure method for all types of document collaboration. Files and even entire folders can be emailed with Scality Sync-n-Share’s exclusive FileLink and FolderLink functions. These actions allow users to control the level of access to any file or folder sent, including optional password protection.
