Candidates have between 5 and 6 interviews: many interviews with people who know exactly the kind of job candidates are applying for and an interview with one executives to give candidates the big picture.
We want our candidates to have a learning experience during their sessions of interviews : this experience will help them knowing more about the company and to knowing more about themselves.
